Chris O’Byrne and his team at JETLAUNCH did an amazing job of assisting me in the production and delivery of my files for my latest book, “The People You Meet n First Class.” From the first contact through the completion of files I was provided a dedicated project manager and never went more than half a day before receiving direction and assistance, sometimes even twice a day. Each of my panics became a solution opportunity for Chris and the team, never missing a step along the way. The edit changes were completed at a minimum charge as well as the additional dozen I found after first printing and update of my files to release for paperback, hardback, and ebook versions. Chris personally made sure I was assisted at the end of my last update process, and I’m off selling books and writing the next one. He and his team made a difficult process to run smoothly.
